Last dates for Spring 2020 Sign-ups!!

Hello Metro Family,

Here are the last dates for spring 2020 Registration. We are filling up fast!!!! Thank you! Happy New Year! May you all be safe!

Jan 6th. 6-8pm
Jan 8th. 6-8pm
Jan 11th. 10-1pm
Jan 13th. 6-8pm
Jan 15th. 6-8pm

Please remember to bring all required documents (see list below) as well as your child's CERTIFIED Birth Certificate (hospital copies are not accepted).

REGISTRATION FEES:
DIVISION REGISTRATION FEES TB/MC $115.00
MINOR B $145.00 MINOR A $145.00
MAJORS $155.00 50/70 $155.00
JUNIORS $155.00 SENIORS $125.00

*** BIRTH CERTIFICATES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS ***
*** ONLY COUNTY ISSUED CERTIFICATES WITH A COUNTY SEAL ARE ACCEPTED ***

Please bring with you ONE FROM EACH of the following categories:

CATEGORY 1:
Driver's License
School Records
Vehicle Records (lease, registration, etc.)
Employment records
Insurance documents

CATEGORY 2:
Welfare/child care records
Federal records (Federal tax, social security, etc.)
State records Local (municipal) records
Support records
Homeowner or tenant records
Military records

CATEGORY 3:
Voter's registration
Utility bills (current) (gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, cell phone, heating, waste disposal)
Financial records (loan, credit, investments, etc.)
Medical records
Internet, cable or satellite records

* ALL PROOFS FOR THE 2020 SPRING SEASON MUST BE DATED SOMETIME BETWEEN 2/1/2019 TO 1/31/2020.
