Early Bird Sign-Ups!

Early Bird Sign-Ups begin this coming Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 10am to 2pm.

They will run every Sunday 10am to 2pm with the last day being November 24th. Please remember to bring all required documents (see list below) as well as your child's CERTIFIED Birth Certificate (hospital copies are not accepted).

Please bring with you one from each of the following categories:

CATEGORY 1:
Driver's License
School Records
Vehicle Records (lease, registration, etc.)
Employment records
Insurance documents

CATEGORY 2:
Welfare/child care records
Federal records (Federal tax, social security, etc.)
State records
Local (municipal) records
Support records
Homeowner or tenant records
Military records

CATEGORY 3:
Voter's registration
Utility bills (current) (gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, cell phone, heating, waste disposal)
Financial records (loan, credit, investments, etc.)
Medical records
Internet, cable or satellite records

* ALL PROOFS FOR THE 2020 SPRING SEASON MUST BE DATED SOMETIME BETWEEN 2/1/2019 TO 1/31/2020.
